and having fun even under any unfortunate circumstance that befalls the shoot.

It's been a while since our last shoot and it's kind of nostalgic

remembering how i grew up within your camera's lens.

I tried hailing a cab once in this outraged fashion. >:P

weekend randoms: marv, rosette, bon, and a street blues snap

Bon showing early signs. Marv has been repainting furnitures at home doodled with crayons and pens, hahah.  By the look of his concentration contra food, he might be the artist's budding little artist at an early age. :)

Team stress, hahaha (bulging eyes are clearer indication). Although i admit, Tetet beat me with her drama, won by hundred miles a measure, no doubt. *Bow*

I AM. Unexpected events, pain-in-the-arse clients, a 'crossing-the-street-on-a-red-light-but-why-the-hell-is-this-stupid-car-speeding-i-almost-got-hit' incident. Name it.


Anyway, i do not want the daylight mishaps get through my evening. So lemme just stick few random stuff that made me smile amidst the unreasonably endorphin-rush-ed day.

I got a couple of shots from the photoshoot.








I seriously lose the count of frames, i think we neared a hundred. There are other poses but i cannot post it yet due to copyright and stuff. Note to self - on the next shoot, i must learn how to fix my hair and i must drink coffee first to avoid looking so sleepy, hahah. And i'm studying aperture and other camera tricks now. I can also use this in my creative portfolio.

Done with the warm-up shoot for a project. Just the warm-up and my legs are sore hahah. I don't know if due to standing much this morning painting or running in the afternoon for the shoot. It's been ages since i had a decent photo of myself. I might as well document the moment before i wash my hair from the styling and i go back with the pumpkins hahah. This is for my friend (thy fairy godmother) and her genius idea that i should wear pink lips for the shoot. Thank yaw Balong!

These photos are by my photographer friends Uma and Shenandoah (dated from few years back up to this year). Starting from day one when Uma bought her first camera, me agreeing to work for her first out-of-town photowalk project, and Shenan joining in ~ these photos are image timelines of our friendship as well. I'm not really into modeling but doing this for my friends is always an exception, hahah. I had a hard time choosing my faves from the tons of poses they sent for my own personal copy but my mind automatically arranged one photo and another based on my personal phases. Even clothes we decided to use are the kind i wear any day. They have been through with me during tough times: previous work stress, struggles, heartbreak, and gathering back my glow. And yes, i agree with them that these photos depict my life for the past three years.





The best part of working with them is we don't simply do the shoot but we learn a lot from each other. I love it when they give me tips about photography. And i appreciate it when they trust to get my opinions for the shoot. And we eat a lot, hahah, and talk about crazy stuff during breaks. I heard them share their hopes and dreams in life and i can't help but be inspired by these wonderful girls. :)





I'm looking forward to see you again soon girls.
